Tips to make it weight-loss friendly

  • Control the ghee: Use a measured 1–2 teaspoons rather than pouring freely.

  • Choose your paneer wisely: Lower-fat paneer can reduce calories while still providing protein.

  • Keep the almonds measured: They provide healthy fats but are calorie-dense.

  • Add vegetables: Serve with cucumber, tomatoes, or a fresh salad for more fibre and volume.

  • Balance your meal: Pair with vegetables and a modest portion of roti if desired.

Important: Paneer Thecha can be a protein-rich meal, but weight loss depends on your overall calorie intake and activity. The almonds and ghee contribute calories, so portion size matters.
